Served with pasta.

French Onion Chicken
Breaded cutlet topped with melted Swiss, onions &
French onion au jus.  Served over garlic mashed potatoes &
garnished with fried onion rings.

Tequila Chicken
Sauteed with diced tomatoes, scallions, jalapenos, t
ouch of tequila & spicy cheese sauce.  Served over rice & topped
with crunchy tortilla strips.

Shrimp Gaetano
Shrimp sauteed with white wine, garlic, fresh basil,
plum tomatoes & spinach over linguine.

Thai Salmon
Pan sered, served over yellow rice topped with spicy
Thai peanut sauce, mandarin oranges and slivered almonds.

Pork Chop Picante
Pan seared French center cut served over garlic mashed
potatoes topped with sweet & hot cherry peppers in demi sauce.

Yankee Pot Roast
Tender home-style pot roast with carrots,
mashed potatoes & gravy.

Dessert
Ice Cream Fudge Roll
Vanilla ice cream swirled with fudge and surrounded with a cookie crumb.
topped with whipped cream drizzled with chocolate sauce.
