What is Restaurant Week?
Restaurant Week is a promotion that encourages people to experience the best dining that Guilford and surrounding towns have to offer. The promotion runs for one week during which participating restaurants offer multi course fixed price menus. Restaurant Week drives attention to all participating restaurants, and encourages both locals and visitors alike to explore new dining options, or revisit some of their favorites to enjoy special menu offerings.
When is it?
Greater Guilford Restaurant Week Spring Edition was March 21 – 27, 2022
Greater Guilford Restaurant Week Fall Edition is October 10 – 16, 2022
Registration opens August 15, 2022
Early bird sign up special ends September 9, 2022 EXTENDED to September 14th!
Register by September 23, 2022. After September 23rd, the registration fee increases to $300. EXTENDED to September 27th!
How does it work?
During Greater Guilford Restaurant Week, participating restaurants from Guilford, Branford, North Branford, East Haven, Madison, Clinton & Westbrook offer multi-course, prix fixe menu (not including tax, beverages and gratuity) for lunch and/or dinner in addition to their regular menus. It’s recommended that restaurants offer three options for each course, i.e., three appetizers, three entrees and three desserts. Menu items should be representative of the restaurant in both portion size and quality.
What is the cost to become a participating restaurant?
The participation fee is $250 per venue to participate in the week-long promotion and payment is by credit card only.

After September 23rd, the registration fee increases to $300 and you may not be included in all marketing after deadline. The participation fee is allocated to the advertising and promotion of Restaurant Week that drives diners to participating restaurants. Restaurants receive exposure through print, web, email, and social media marketing promotions, including ConnecticutRestaurantWeek.com – the official website for this special event plus exposure and shout outs on our social media pages: Instagram (40k+ followers), Twitter (13k+ followers) & Facebook (10k+ fans). Participating restaurants will each have a dedicated web page on ConnecticutRestaurantWeek.com highlighting their restaurant details and restaurant week menus.
