First Course (select one)
– Autumn Salad – Arcadia mix, double smoke bacon lardons, dried cranberries, Granny Smith apples, pecan, gorgonzola cheese, pomegranate vinegrette
– Caesar Salad – Little Gem lettuce, Tuscan crouton, eggless Caesar dressing
– Lobster Bisque – House made. Maine lobster meat, roasted fennel and chive

Second Course (select one)
– Butternut Squash Ravioli – House made. Brown butter, sage, toasted pepitas
– 6 oz. Bone-In Pork Chop – Braised Napa cabbage with Granny Smith apples, silk potatoes, apple butter
– 4 oz. Salmon Florentine – Roasted root vegetables, parsnip puree, lemon butter

Third Course (select one)
– Selection of Sorbet Gelato with Chocolate Biscotti
– Tiramisu with Coffee Ganache, Chocolate-Covered Espresso Beans
