Stuffed  Mushrooms: Baked with sausage, spinach and cheese stuffing

Bruschetta: Diced Tomatoes, fresh basil, gorgonzola and eggplant topped with fresh mozzarella cheese served over crostini

Caprese Salad: Fresh Mozzarella, tomatoes and fresh basil drizzled with balsamic reduction and extra virgin olive oil.

Caesar Salad: Crisp romaine with homemade caesar dressing, parmesan cheese and garlic croutons.

Second Course: Choose One

Luigi’s Gnocchi: Homemade potato pasta dumpling made in a light pomodoro sauce with grated Parmigiano Reggiano topped with fresh basil.

Butternut Squash Ravioli: Sauteed with strips of chicken, sun dried tomatoes and mushroom served in a brandy cream sauce.

Branzino Livorness: Pan seared with kalamata olives, capers, red pepper flakes, minced garlic and onion in a light pomodoro sauce over cappellini.

Chicken Alla Vodka: Sauteed with Penne in a tomato cream sauce and Parmesan cheese.

Chicken Piccata: Sauteed chicken breast in a lemon white sauce and capers accompanied with red bliss potatoes and a mixed vegetable medley.

Pork Chop Valdostana: Stuffed with Prosciutto, mozzarella cheese and porcini mushrooms in a sherry wine sauce with mashed potatoes and Vegetable Medley.

Frutti di Mare: Sauteed with shrimp, scallops and calamari in your choice of scampi or marinara sauce over linguini.

Steak Gorgonzola: Grilled and seasoned “Angus Certified NY Strip” topped with melted gorgonzola crust served in a roasted garlic burgundy wine reduction accompanied with mashed potatoes and a vegetable medley.
