Chicken Marsala – boneless chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms in a Marsala sauce served with whipped red bliss potatoes

Filet Mignon Tips – served with whipped red bliss potatoes, asparagus and béarnaise sauce

Pine Nut Pesto Crusted Salmon – over a parmesan mushroom risotto

Blackened Scallop Fall Salad – tender baby kale greens, red grapes, sweet roasted pecans, gorgonzola, white balsamic vinaigrette

Pappardelle Pasta (Vegan) – sautéed mushrooms, spinach, roasted peppers, fresh tomatoes, and basil in a plum tomato ragu
