Stuffed Mushroom: Mushrooms stuffed w/ spinach, bread crumbs, sweet & spicy Italian sausage, & mozzarella cheese in a rosemary gorgonzola cream sauce

Mussels Soup: Mussels w/ scallions in a saffron broth

Pasta Fagioli Soup:  Cannellini beans with homemade pasta drizzled with imported rosemary oil

Wedge Salad: Cold wedge of iceberg lettuce, tomato, applewood smoked bacon w/ chunky blue cheese dressing

Beet Salad: Arugula mixed in a lemon vinaigrette with goat cheese, & red beets

Pappardelle: Homemade pappardelle pasta sautéed w/ green peas, asparagus and jumbo shrimp in a lobster bisque sauce

Fettuccine Primavera: Homemade fettuccini served w/ sautéed mixed vegetables in a garlic white wine sauce

Tortellone Carbonara: Cheese tortellone sautéed w/ shallots, pancetta italian bacon, green peas in a cream sauce
