Fried Calamari – calamari served with a Fra diavolo sauce and basil aioli


Crab Cake – house made crab cakes with Go Ju Chang aioli sauce served over baby arugula with a lemon vinaigrette


Yellowtail Hamachi – with a lemon ginger dressing and (Blue Zone) bottarga garnished with lotus root


Baby Lamb Chop – lamb served with mint pesto, and pineapple, mango, peach chutney


Tricolore Insalata – seasonal baby greens tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette (+$2.00 with gorgonzola)

Lobster Ravioli – lobster with roasted peppers, corn in a sherry cream sauce

Pappardella al Ragu – house made pasta with a Bolognese meat sauce, pecorino cheese and extra virgin olive oil

Salmon al Pepenero – Scottish salmon with a black pepper spinach cream sauce served over Sardinian gnocchi

Sesame Tuna – tuna served rare over Napa cabbage with carrots, cucumbers, peppers in a sesame ginger vinaigrette with wasabi sauce

Hatfield Reserve Pork Chop – a grilled double cut pork chop finished in the oven and topped with a pineapple chutney served a sweet potato puree and asparagus.

Chicken Parmesan – breaded chicken, tomato sauce, and melted mozzarella served over ravioli

New York Strip – steak topped creamy gorgonzola, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli
