Shrimp al Prosciutto – stuffed with mozzarella and asparagus, topped with a house-made pesto sauce.

Belgium Endive and Burrata – with prosciutto, drizzled in a sriracha aioli and a pesto sauce.

Crab Cake – in a lemon aioli sauce.

Arancin – rice balls stuffed with fresh mozzarella and red roasted pepper sauce.

Pork and Beef Meatballs – served in a San Marzano sauce – Sardinian style (Blue Zone).

Choice of Entrée

Pork Osso Bucco – slow cooked in a bacon San Marzano tomato sauce (falls off the bone) served over risotto.

Slow Cooked Short Ribs – in a vegetable demi-glace served over mashed potatoes.

Tortellini Matricianna – with Italian pancetta in a flavorful San Marzano tomato sauce.

House made Rigatoni – in a vodka sauce with a touch of cream and finished with a pecorino cheese and basil.

Salmon – served over Sardinian fregola Sarda and quinoa in a dill prosecco cream sauce.

Chicken Sorrentino – served in a brown sauce with mushrooms prosciutto and melted cheese on top.

Paglia Fieno Pasta – Spinach and regular linguini freshly made at Gusto served with 4 shrimp in a fra Diavolo pink sauce.

Beef Ravioli – in a tomato basil pink sauce.

Chicken Francese – medallions sautéed with white and lemon served with broccoli and a side of pasta.

Salmon – over roasted shiitake mushrooms, sundried tomato, garlic and oil.

Prince Edward Island Mussels – served in a red or white sauce over linguini.
