STARTERS
– Blackened Jumbo Diver Sea Scallop with tomato risotto & micro greens
– Soup du Jour
– Vegetable Ravioli with tomato and basil cream sauce

ENTREES
– Blackened Grouper served over fingerling potatoes and julienne vegetables, topped with a lemon beurre blanc
– Slow-Roasted Prime Rib of Black Angus Beef natural au jus, salted baked potato, seasonal vegetables
– Oven-Roasted Frenched Chicken stuffed with spinach and goat cheese, Yukon Gold mashed potatoes, demi-glace
– Bacon-Wrapped Grilled Jumbo Shrimp basmati rice, lemon beurre blanc, jalapeno-spiced coleslaw

DESSERT
– Chocolate Mousse Torte with fresh whipped cream
– Traditional Viennese โ€œApfelโ€ Strudel with vanilla bourbon sauce and fresh whipped cream
