– Espinacas a la catalana: Sauteed spinach with raisins and peanuts
– Tostada de higos: Goat cheese toast with WALNUTS figs and truffle oil
– Garbanzos Con Chorizo: Chickpeas sautéed with chorizo and truffle vinegar
– Tortilla Espanola: Spanish potato omelette

SECOND COURSE
– Paella: Chicken seafood safron rice
– Macarrons al Forn: penne pasta with chorizo, tomato and manchego cheese
– Fideua Verd: Capellini crispy pasta with roasted peppers eggplant and aioli

DESSERT
– Crema Catalana: Vanilla custard similar to creme brulee
– Pa amb Chocolata: Fried bread over passion fruit foam with chocolate truffle
